Shipping: Unless otherwise stated, all orders are shipped with First Class Postage USPS.  If Priority or Express Shipping is selected then your purchase will be shipped accordingly. Priority or Express covers the shipping time but not the internal processing time. Once it is processed and packaged then it it will be shipped according to your purchase of shipping. If there is a question about getting your purchase in time email us first for clarification. Unless otherwise stated, all jewelry comes with free S&H First Class USPS If you want faster postage service we offer USPS: Priority or Express shipping as outlined below:

Back Ordering:
If a product is backordered it could take from one to two weeks to fulfill the order. If the backordered product will take more than three weeks to fulfill,  you will have the option of a refund. 

We will try to contact you if a product you order is on backorder status but due to the volume of business this is not always possible.

SilverAnimals offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all  sales. Further, we also guarantee that your product will arrive undamaged. If you are unhappy with the product you can send it back to Sterling-Silver-Charms.org. You must pay the shipping charges of sending the product back. You will then be refunded the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. The Shipping and Handling costs, if any, will not be refunded, only the price you paid for the product less 20% restocking fee.
